- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold into wet mix.
- Stir in chocolate chips and funfetti cake pieces.
- Spread into sheet pan, sprinkle toppings, and bake 22–25 minutes.
- Cool fully before slicing into squares.
Notes
For cleaner cuts, chill before slicing. Freeze up to 2 months.
