- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease baking dish.
- Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until browned; drain fat.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add beef broth and parsley; simmer 3–5 minutes. Stir in half the cheese.
- Pour mixture into baking dish.
- Mix biscuit topping: combine biscuit mix, milk, butter, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough over beef mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
