Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped pickles
Assembly
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • water for sealing
  • oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef and onion until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire, ketchup, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Allow mixture to cool; stir in cheese and pickles.
  4. Place filling onto egg roll wrappers and roll tightly, sealing with water.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry eggrolls 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Drain and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

Air fryer friendly. Add bacon or jalapeños for flavor variations.
