Garlic Loaf
  • 1 large Italian loaf
  • 1 lb thin-sliced steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook steak quickly in skillet and set aside.
  2. Sauté peppers and onions until tender.
  3. Stuff loaf with steak, vegetables, and cheese.
