  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and broccoli together in salted water, then drain.
