- Preheat oven and grease a baking dish.
- Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour.
- Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
- Season sauce and stir in cheeses until melted.
- Combine pasta, ham, peas, and cheese sauce.
- Transfer to baking dish and bake until bubbly.
Notes
Perfect for using leftover ham. Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
