  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1.5 lb potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a large pot and drain excess fat.
  2. Add butter, onion, and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Add potatoes, seasoning, and beef broth; simmer until tender.
  4. Stir in milk and cheese until melted and creamy.
