Ingredients
  

Wrap Filling
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas 8-inch size
  • 1 cup cherries pitted and halved
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter for pan
  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate for drizzle

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Nonstick skillet
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread mixture over tortillas, then add cherries and chocolate chips.
  3. Fold tortillas tightly into wraps.
  4. Heat butter in skillet and cook wraps until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
