Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ cup cherry compote or cherry pie filling
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds or crushed pistachios
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional
  • ½ tsp orange zest optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
  3. Spread yogurt evenly on baking sheet.
  4. Add spoonfuls of cherry compote and swirl into the yogurt.
  5. Top with granola, almonds, chia seeds, and orange zest.
  6. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until solid.
  7. Break into pieces and serve immediately or store in freezer.

Notes

Best enjoyed straight from the freezer for a crunchy, refreshing texture.
