Ingredients
  

Sandwich Components
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast sliced or shredded
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 4 slices cheese melting type
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp butter softened

Equipment

  • Skillet or griddle
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Season cooked chicken with olive oil and spices.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on bread slices.
  3. Layer chicken, avocado, and cheese onto bread.
  4. Butter outside of sandwiches and toast in skillet until golden and melted.
