- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook chicken and rice according to directions.
- Steam broccoli florets until slightly tender and drain.
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter until fragrant.
- Mix soup, sour cream, milk, and seasonings in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in chicken, rice, broccoli, onions, and 1 cup of cheese.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese and Parmesan, and bake 25–30 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
