Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 6 slices ham chopped
  • 1.5 cups Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add cooked chicken, chopped ham, and 1 cup Swiss cheese. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup Swiss cheese on top.
  6. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Cool 5 minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Add vegetables like broccoli for extra nutrition or swap cheese varieties for different flavors.
