- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add cooked chicken, chopped ham, and 1 cup Swiss cheese. Stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining ½ cup Swiss cheese on top.
- Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
