- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy warm.
