Ingredients
  

Casserole
  • 3 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 6 slices cooked ham
  • 1.5 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy warm.

Notes

Add vegetables like broccoli or mushrooms for a veggie boost. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
