Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 600 g chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Large skillet or grill pan
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients and coat chicken thoroughly.
  2. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Cook chicken in a hot skillet until browned and cooked through.
  4. Rest, slice thinly, and serve.

Notes

Serve with pita, garlic sauce, or rice bowls for a complete meal.
