  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup festive sprinkles or crushed candy canes
  • 0.5 cup melted white chocolate (optional) for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter over low heat, add marshmallows, and stir until nearly melted.
  3. Add chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  5. Add Rice Krispies and mix until coated.
  6. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and decorate with sprinkles.
  7. Drizzle with white chocolate if desired and let set before serving.
