Ingredients
  

Bar Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon Filling
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Cream Cheese Glaze
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp milk as needed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with wet.
  5. Spread batter into pan.
  6. Mix cinnamon filling and swirl into batter.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until set.
  8. Prepare glaze and drizzle over warm bars.

Notes

Drizzle glaze while bars are warm for best texture.
