Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Filling
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Icing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  4. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Chill dough 30 minutes.
  5. Spread filling over rolled dough. Roll up and slice into 1/2-inch rounds.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden. Cool on wire rack.
  7. Drizzle with icing and enjoy.
