- Activate yeast in warm water with sugar for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix in flour, salt, and melted butter to form dough.
- Knead 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let rise 60 minutes until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet.
- Boil water and add baking soda carefully.
- Shape dough into 8 pretzels.
- Boil each pretzel 20-30 seconds in baking soda bath.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and coat in cinnamon sugar.
