- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
- Mix in sour cream and milk alternately with dry ingredients.
- Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, add swirl mixture, and top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10–15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cake.
