Cake
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
Cinnamon Swirl
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
  5. Mix in sour cream and milk alternately with dry ingredients.
  6. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
  7. Pour half the batter into the pan, add swirl mixture, and top with remaining batter.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool 10–15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  10. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cake.

Use high-quality cinnamon and ensure the bundt pan is well-greased to prevent sticking.
