Ingredients
  

Ramen Salad
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 packs ramen noodles, crushed
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds optional
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Shred cabbage and carrots; place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Crush ramen noodles into small pieces.
  3. Toast ramen noodles and almonds in a skillet until golden.
  4. Whisk dressing ingredients together.
  5. Combine vegetables, ramen, and almonds.
  6. Toss with dressing just before serving.
