Ingredients
  

Chocolate Mousse
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk chilled overnight
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup optional, to taste

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or whisk
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Chill coconut milk overnight until cream separates.
  2. Scoop solid coconut cream into a mixing bowl.
  3. Melt chocolate until smooth and let cool slightly.
  4. Add chocolate and maple syrup to coconut cream.
  5. Whip until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Chill before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat coconut milk for best texture.
