Cupcake Batter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
Frosting
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 10 chocolate sandwich cookies finely crushed

Method
 

  1. Prepare cupcake batter and fold in crushed cookies.
  2. Bake cupcakes until set and cool completely.
  3. Beat frosting ingredients and mix in cookie crumbs.
