Ingredients
  

Main Burrito Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 0.5 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter for warming tortillas

Method
 

  1. Cook and drain ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Season beef with taco seasoning and water; simmer 3–4 minutes.
  3. Warm cooked rice and fluff with a fork.
  4. Brush tortillas with melted butter and warm until soft.
  5. Layer beef, rice, nacho cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Roll burritos tightly, folding in the sides.
  7. Grill burritos seam-side down 1–2 minutes for a melty finish.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

Customize with spicy sauce or potatoes for extra flavor.
