Cottage Cheese Taco Dip
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/3 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • jalapeƱos (optional)

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, taco seasoning, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with cheese, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapeƱos.
  3. Chill 10 minutes before serving, if desired.

Notes

Blend fully for creamier texture or keep it chunky for rustic dip. Adjust taco seasoning to taste.
