- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Stir in mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, pepper, and honey.
- Remove from heat and add parsley, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
- Whisk well and serve warm as a dipping or brushing sauce.
Notes
Do not brown the garlic; it will make the sauce bitter.
