Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 1.5 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 12 slider buns, toasted
  • 0.5 cup crispy fried onions
  • 0.25 cup pickles sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter for toasting buns
Cowboy Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season ground beef and form into 12 slider patties.
  2. Cook patties in skillet until browned and cooked through; top with cheddar.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, mustard, hot sauce, and garlic powder.
  4. Toast slider buns with butter.
  5. Assemble sliders with sauce, patties, bacon, fried onions, and pickles.
