- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix crab filling ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Prepare biscuit dough by mixing dry ingredients and cutting in butter until crumbly.
- Add milk and stir gently to form soft dough.
- Form biscuits by flattening dough, adding crab filling, and sealing edges.
- Bake 14–16 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt butter with garlic, lemon juice, and zest for sauce; add parsley and brush over warm biscuits.
