Method
- Combine biscuit mix, seasoning packet, cheddar, and water to form dough.
- Mix cream cheese, crab, mayo, lemon juice, zest, Old Bay, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten dough portions, fill with crab mixture, and seal into balls.
- Bake at 425°F for 12–14 minutes.
- Mix melted butter with lemon juice, zest, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush biscuits with lemon butter and serve warm.
Notes
Chill crab filling for easier assembly and use lump crab for best texture.
