Casserole Base
  • 1 bag frozen hash browns thawed
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Layer hash browns, sausage, and bacon in dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, cream cheese, seasoning, and cheese.
