  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced plus extra for garnish
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Stir in chicken, half of the bacon, 1½ cups cheese, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
