Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce optional
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch optional thickener
  • 2 tbsp water for slurry

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and sear in skillet until golden.
  2. Add garlic and herbs; cook until fragrant.

  6. Optional: Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
