- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- Mix cranberries, sugar, orange zest, orange juice, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly.
- Make streusel by mixing flour, sugars, cinnamon, salt, and cutting in cold butter.
- Sprinkle streusel evenly over cranberry filling.
- Bake 45–55 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
This pie is even better the next day as the flavors settle.
