- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare baking sheet.
- Sauté onion and celery in butter until softened.
- Combine bread, turkey, cranberries, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add sautéed vegetables.
- Whisk broth and egg, pour over mixture.
- Mix gently until moistened.
- Shape into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Use day-old bread for best texture. Can be frozen before or after baking.
