Ingredients
  

Stuffing Mixture
  • 4 cups day-old bread cubes
  • 1 lb cooked turkey finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup celery finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 0.5 tsp rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup turkey or chicken broth
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare baking sheet.
  2. Sauté onion and celery in butter until softened.
  3. Combine bread, turkey, cranberries, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add sautéed vegetables.
  5. Whisk broth and egg, pour over mixture.
  6. Mix gently until moistened.
  7. Shape into balls and place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Use day-old bread for best texture. Can be frozen before or after baking.
