Ingredients
  

Whipped Feta
  • 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Cranberry Topping
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Blend feta, cream cheese, and olive oil until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Simmer cranberries, sugar, and water until berries burst and sauce thickens.
  3. Stir orange zest, honey, and rosemary into cranberry mixture and cool.
  4. Spread whipped feta on serving plate and top with cranberry mixture.

Notes

Assemble just before serving for best texture.
