Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 0.5 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Cut pockets into chicken breasts for stuffing.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and ranch seasoning.
  4. Stuff chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil.
  6. Coat chicken with crushed Doritos and press firmly.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Rest, remove toothpicks, slice, and serve.

Notes

Serve hot with dipping sauces or salad. Best enjoyed fresh for maximum crunch.
