Sauce
  • 4 oz dried chipped beef rinsed and chopped
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slices bread toasted

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and whisk in flour to form roux.
  2. Slowly add milk, whisking until thickened.
