  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 4.5 oz dried beef, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional
Toast
  • 6 slices toast for serving

Method
 

  1. Rinse and slice dried beef.
