Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pasta pot
  • Colander

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells until al dente and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat.
  3. Cook onion and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add tomato sauce, cream, and seasonings and simmer.
  5. Stir in cheese and pasta and heat through.

Notes

Add pasta water if sauce thickens too much.
