- Cook and cool pasta.
- Chop romaine, slice onions, and dice avocado.
- Whisk Caesar dressing, mayo, lemon juice, Dijon, and garlic.
- Combine pasta with romaine, Parmesan, red onion, and tomatoes.
- Add dressing and mix well.
- Fold in avocado and top with croutons.
Notes
Add avocado last to prevent browning. Add croutons before serving to maintain crunch.
