- Brown ground beef in a large pot until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

- Lower heat; stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese and heavy cream; stir until creamy.
- Simmer 5–10 minutes, then serve hot with toppings.
