Ingredients
  

Pasta Dish
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Cook seasoned chicken until golden, then slice.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
  4. Make Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, cream, and Parmesan.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, chicken, bacon, and pasta. Toss and serve.

Notes

Add reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency as needed.
