Casserole
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
  • 5 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Stir in cream cheese, cream, and broth until smooth.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Fold in chicken and transfer to baking dish.
  5. Top with cheese and bake until bubbly and golden.
