- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 dish.
- Sauté onion in olive oil, then add garlic and spinach.
- Add cream cheese until melted.
- Whisk in heavy cream and broth.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in chicken and cheeses.
- Transfer to casserole dish and top with extra cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
Let casserole rest before serving so sauce thickens. Add mushrooms or bacon for extra flavor.
