- Cook diced chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until softened. Add garlic and seasoning.
- Add broth and cream, then cook tortellini until tender.
- Return chicken to pot, add spinach and Parmesan, and stir until creamy.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh; add extra broth when reheating if needed.
