Method
- Warm coconut milk and water in a pot until steaming.
- Add cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, and ginger and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add tea bags and steep 3–5 minutes.
- Sweeten with brown sugar or honey.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Strain spices and serve warm.
Notes
Use full-fat coconut milk for extra creaminess. Add more ginger or cinnamon for stronger spice.
