  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened

Method
 

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in bacon fat, then add broth and cream.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and cheddar until smooth.
  5. Add chicken and seasonings, then mix in gnocchi.
  6. Top with bacon and serve warm.

Notes
