Ingredients
  

Cranberry Jalapeño Topping
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeños, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
Creamy Layer
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Chop cranberries and combine with sugar, jalapeños, lime juice, cilantro, and green onions. Chill 1 hour.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture onto a plate and top with cranberry mixture.
  4. Refrigerate until serving.

Notes

Chill the cranberry topping for best flavor. Add extra jalapeño for more heat or more sugar for extra sweetness.
