Ingredients
  

Main
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Brown chicken in skillet.
  2. Transfer to crock pot.
  3. Cook mushrooms and garlic.
  4. Add flour and liquids to form sauce.
  5. Pour over chicken and slow cook.
  6. Add cream near end and serve.

Notes

Add cream at the end to maintain smooth texture.
