Method
- Grease the crock pot and place chicken breasts at the bottom.
- Combine soup, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, garlic, butter, and broth in a bowl; whisk until smooth.
- Pour sauce over chicken, cover, and cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours.
- Shred or serve chicken whole, then garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, uncover during the last 30 minutes of cooking or stir in a bit of cornstarch slurry.
