Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes halved if large
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Rinse and halve baby potatoes if needed.
  2. Melt butter in a pot and sauté garlic 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes and stir to coat.
  4. Add cream, broth, and seasonings; stir to combine.
  5. Cover and simmer 20–25 minutes until potatoes are tender and sauce thickens.
  6. Adjust seasoning and serve topped with fresh parsley.

Notes

Add Parmesan for extra richness. Use baby gold potatoes for best texture.
